Wade was known for his tall tales and interesting philosophy about life, but often rubbed the other contestants the wrong way. He surely was not one of the more popular guys amongst his fellow contestants, but despite that he made it to the final five of the current season.

However, he was finally eliminated, after he failed to win the Immunity Challenge. After his eviction, Wade talked about his experiences on the show, in an interview. Here are some excerpts from the same, as I sure you would like to know how Wade felt about Survivor as well as many other things.

Wade felt that Survivor exposed only a small part of his personality and his sensitive side remained hidden from the audiences. He further said that he had been through many life-and-death situations in his personal life and that is what has made him who he actually is. Wade said that although he was aware of the fact that people had tried to sensationalize the various aspects of his personality, they had been unsuccessful in touching the real Wade.

About his eviction from Survivor, Wade said that he had been prepared for it since the time his fellow castaway, Tyson had been eliminated. He became surer of his eviction after another contestant Debbie had to leave the Survivor. He added that during the Immunity Challenge, the actions of his fellow contestant, J.T. forced him to think that the other man wanted him to lose; however, he was happy that the game had ended in the way it did.

About his future, Wade said that he was sure that his participation in Survivor would open up new avenues for him. He added that although he was open to all good opportunities, he would like and pray to get a full-time job with the Susanville Symphony, where he is a conductor. Finally, he said that being on Survivor had helped him grow both personally and spiritually and he was happy about it.

Well, we really hope that Wade gets the job he wants and wish him all the best for the future!
